Acceptance of Terms
By using Bujairami Perfumes and www.bujairami.ae, you agree to our Terms of Use, including any updates or supplemental terms. Your access is personal, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may change or remove website features at any time without notice. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UAE, the customer is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and other fees charged by their country (“Import Fees”). These charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies and fees vary by country, and delays may occur due to customs processing.

If the customer refuses to pay Import Fees, they may return the order to us or refuse delivery. Once we receive the returned order, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid extra charges or delays. 

Blind Buying Policy
• Blind purchases are products you receive without seeing them first.
• Items may differ in scent, variant, or packaging.
• Returns or exchanges due to personal preference are not accepted.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days for a replacement or refund.
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees and any applicable customs charges.

All credit card payments made on our website are securely encrypted. This ensures that your card details cannot be accessed or read by unauthorized parties during transmission. As long as your browser supports secure connections, your information remains protected at all times.
2. Fraud Prevention Measures
To safeguard our customers and Bujairami Perfumes from fraudulent activity, we may verify the billing information provided during checkout through trusted third-party security partners. If we cannot verify your details, or if the order appears high-risk, we reserve the right to hold, review, or cancel the order. These measures are in place for your protection and to maintain a secure shopping environment. 

Returns & Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Before Shipment:
• You can request cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us via:

• Approved cancellations will be fully refunded.

2. After Shipment:
• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped, as perfumes are classified as dangerous
goods.
• Refusing delivery is possible, but shipping, return, and DG fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

3. Incorrect Address:
• Before shipment → address can be corrected or order canceled.
• After shipment → no cancellation; extra delivery fees may apply.

4. Refunds:
• Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. 

Returns Policy

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

Please note that shipping fees and any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened perfume bottles, opened boxes, or items with a broken safety seal.
